Danny will soon release Let There Be Light, a concept album that has been years in the making. A musical theater piece, "Let There Be Light" has received two staged readings at Musical theater Works in New York and has now evolved into a full-fledged musical with 23 original songs.

Let There Be Light is the story of a young girl making her way through the Bible, guided by her friend Gabriella, a young woman possessed of special insights and abilities. The pair make their way through the ancient landscapes of the Five Books of Moses, meeting up with Howard Asp, a multi-talented serpent, Raphael and Michael, a pair of kind but eccentric angels, as well as some of the most famous biblical heroes, from Noah to Moses.

Filled with humor and a refreshingly contemporary look at the time-honored material, Let There Be Light pays great tribute to the collective wisdom and depth of jewish interpretations of the Bible throughout our history. It is a musical to warm the heart, feed the mind, and free the spirit.
